• Perishable items (e.g., meat, produce, frozen goods) can only be refunded or replaced if delivered spoiled or incorrect.

• You must report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery and provide a supporting photograph. • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method if approved.

 

• All images, logos, design elements, and content on this website are owned by Al Raziq Halal Foods and may not be reproduced without written consent.

 

• Al Raziq Halal Foods is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages from your use of the site or third-party delivery mishaps.
